Media Library
The Liveclicker Media Library is your central location to store images and videos used in your Liveclicker campaigns. Whenever an image or video is uploaded into a campaign from a location other than the Media Library, it is automatically stored in the Media Library.
The Media Library
1. The Media Library is available under the menu RealTime Content > Media Library:
2. In the Media Library you can view all your assets and manage your folder structure, search for assets or upload new videos or images:
Note: Videos in the Media Library that didn't have any plays in a 3 month period will remain dormant until selected again (they are still in the library and visible but displayed slightly different), and it takes 24h for the assets and the embed code to be regenerated. This also applies to LiveVideo campaigns that didn't receive any requests for 3 months. It will take 24h to regenerate the embed code once the campaign is accessed. Please contact support in case you have dormant videos
3. Click on an asset in the overview to get a preview of the asset:
4. From the preview, you can see when it was uploaded, the dimensions and in which campaigns it is being used. You can also rename or delete the asset. Deleting the asset will not affect the campaigns that are currently using it.
Note: In the preview of a video asset, you can generate an image or an animation from a frame in the video. Use the button Generate new image to select a specific frame in the video and save it as an image. For an animation, click the button Generate new animation and select a starting and an ending frame and then save it is an animation.
